Even though the question of self-betterment and the difficulty of developing the nations are hard to answer but I'm still convinced that NGO's grass-roots actions are the best way to go... The children need their families,mothers and grandmothers to be able to teach them about their cultures, values, traditions, to hand down their family stories, etc. Teach the family how to survive.
